NAATI CCL · English ⇄ Hindi
NAATI CCL Hindi practice, out loud.
Interpret realistic English ⇄ Hindi (हिन्दी) dialogues between two AI speakers, then get a score out of 90 and specific feedback — the way you'll be marked on test day.
Two dialogues
Each test has two dialogues between an English speaker and a speaker of your language, in community settings.
Marked out of 90
Each dialogue is marked out of 45. The overall pass mark is 63, with a minimum on each dialogue.
Short segments
You interpret each short segment as soon as it ends, in both directions.
Test rules can change — always check the NAATI website.
🇮🇳 Tips for Hindi candidates
Watch your English borrowings
Everyday Hindi often mixes in English words. In the CCL, use the Hindi term where a common one exists — examiners assess the quality of your language, and leaning on English can cost marks.
Lakh and crore
Australian dialogues use thousands and millions. If you think in lakh and crore, drill conversions like $250,000 = ढाई लाख डॉलर until they're automatic.
Use आप consistently
Keep a respectful register with आप throughout, even when the English speaker is casual.

How a session works
- Step 1
Two speakers who can't understand each other
Pick a scenario. Two AI voices play the parts: an English-speaking professional and a client who speaks your other language.
- Step 2
You interpret, out loud
Hold Space (or the mic button) while you talk. You relay each turn into the other language, as you would in a real session.
- Step 3
Score and feedback in minutes
When you finish, XINGO scores accuracy, terminology, fluency, turn management and professionalism, with notes on what to fix.

Questions
Can I practise the CCL in Hindi with XINGO?+
Yes. Choose Hindi as your language and the client in every dialogue speaks Hindi, while the professional speaks English. You interpret both ways.
Is this the real NAATI test?+
No. XINGO is independent and not affiliated with NAATI. The dialogues are modelled on the public CCL format so you can rehearse under similar conditions.
How is my practice scored?+
Each assessed session is scored out of 90 with a pass mark of 63, plus feedback on accuracy, terminology, fluency, turn management and professionalism.
Do I need a microphone?+
Yes — any laptop or headset mic works. Headphones are strongly recommended so the AI doesn't hear itself.
